Product, Three Cities

A campaign for a single skincare product, rendered in three cities — Tokyo, Mexico City, Athens — to test whether AI imagery can carry cultural specificity rather than a generic, placeless look.

The question we set ourselves: can a single product be photographed (rendered) in three places, in a way that reads as actually-from-those-places, without sliding into pastiche?

A bottle is the same bottle. The light around it, the surface under it, the small evidence of someone having just left the room — that is what places an image.

Each city was treated as a separate shoot, with its own light, surfaces, and hand. The bottle is the constant; everything around it shifts.

Place is mostly in the things around the thing.

The campaign ran across three regional editions of the launch. The same product carried three readings, none of which felt like the others.
